Questions and answers
Common questions
Everything you need to know about the frame, lenses, delivery and ordering.
How does the 4-in-1 magnetic system work?
You receive one base frame and four magnetic clip-on lenses (Dark Black polarized, Silver Mirror, Blue Mirror, and Yellow-Amber). Each clip-on attaches magnetically to the front of the frame in a second. You can switch lenses anytime depending on the light or your outfit.
What comes with my order?
Your order includes 1 optical base frame with clear demo lenses, 4 magnetic clip-on lenses, 1 protective storage case with separate slots for your clips, and 1 microfiber cleaning cloth, all inside the HUNA box.
Can I fit prescription lenses into the frame?
Yes. The base frame is made with flexible TR90 material and comes with clear demo lenses. You can take it to your local optician to fit your prescription lenses. All four magnetic clip-ons will fit over your prescription lenses.
Do the magnetic clips stay in place?
Yes. Built-in magnets at the corners of the frame hold each clip securely in place, assisted by a central bridge clip. They stay firmly attached during normal movement and daily wear.
What size is the frame, and will it fit me?
The frame measurements are 52 mm lens width, 18 mm bridge, 140 mm temple length, and 140 mm total width. This is a standard medium size that fits most faces. You can compare these numbers with the size printed on the arm of your existing glasses.
How does Cash on Delivery work?
Select Cash on Delivery when placing your order, and enter your delivery address and mobile number. We confirm your order by WhatsApp or phone call before sending it out. When the courier delivers your parcel, you pay the rider in cash.

How does the 7-day replacement policy work?

How long does delivery take, and is it free?
